Group training department

Group Strength and Conditioning

Our ADAPT Group Training Program is carefully written in 12 week blocks by our in house Exercise Scientist, and delivered by our team of highly experienced, bachelor qualified coaching staff.

All of our training sessions run up to an hour and are capped at 18 people per class, this ensures that each participant gets correct feedback on their technique, and receives the right amount of motivation to push alittle harder while training. All of our group training members gain access to our programming app to log their weights for their main lifts and boast their scores on conditioning workouts.
